Content Creator – Mass Communication & Generalist

We're looking for a passionate
Content Creator (Mass Comm & Generalist)
who can ideate, write, and produce compelling
stories, articles, and short video content and shoot
that highlight farmer success stories, Gramik initiatives, and rural transformation journeys. The ideal candidate should have a flair for storytelling, strong writing skills in Hindi and English, and basic video scripting/editing knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create
    high-quality written and video content
    and shoot for Gramik's social media, website, and internal platforms.
  • Develop
    farmer and VLE success stories
    , brand narratives, and campaign content.
  • Script, shoot (mobile or DSLR), and coordinate video storytelling projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Cover
    on-ground stories and field visits
    across districts to collect authentic rural stories.
  • Assist in managing Gramik's
    social media content calendar
    and engagement.
  • Write
    press releases, blog articles, ad copies
    , and other communication material.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Gramik's tone, values, and mission.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in
    Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content writing, digital media, or storytelling.
  • Strong command over Hindi and English
    (writing & speaking).
  • Basic knowledge of
    video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Ability to travel for field-based content collection.
  • Creative mindset with a deep interest in rural India, agriculture, and social impact.
