**KASHYAPA INTERNATIONAL COSMETICS AND FRAGRANCES Pvt.Ltd.**is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the Cosmetic industry, offering innovative products and services.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Marketing (SMM) & Graphic Designer to join our team and

help take our brand to the next level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and on-brand graphics using various graphic design tools
- Design and format social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Use design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition, to produce visually appealing layouts.
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
- Create reels & posts for our social media & digital clients.
- Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
- Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum 6 Months of graphic design & 6 Months of social media.
- Technical Skills: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging social media captions and posts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Proficiency in Canva/Adobe and familiarity withAdobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.

**Communication**:
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
