**Job Overview**

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager (SMM) to join our team. As the SMM, you will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing content across multiple social media platforms. Your role will include creating captivating posts, managing campaigns, and analyzing metrics to drive audience engagement and brand growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation & Curation**: Develop creative and on-brand social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to maintain and grow our online presence.
- **Campaign Management**: Design, implement, and manage social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and mentions. Foster a positive community by engaging with followers and influencers.
- **Strategy Development**: Work closely with the marketing team to create social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements based on insights.
- **Trend Spotting**: Stay on top of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand’s content fresh and relevant.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all social media content and communication reflect the brand’s voice and messaging.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to create and edit engaging multimedia content (graphics, video editing, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with a passion for tracking and improving campaign performance.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Experience with influencer marketing and paid social media campaigns is a plus.
