**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality visual designs for social media posts, branding projects, packaging, brochures, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and clients to understand design needs and deliver on creative briefs.
- Develop brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with design trends and consistently push the creative boundaries.
- Prepare files for print production and digital use, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work independently as well as in a team to deliver projects within deadlines.
- Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **2 to 5 years** of hands-on experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Experience with motion graphics, UI design, or illustration is a bonus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
