Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Intern to support our social media team in developing and implementing social media strategies for our brand. The SMM Intern will be responsible for creating content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to help us achieve our marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Create and curate content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn

Assist in the development and implementation of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and messages.

Collaborate with the design team to create graphics and other visual content for social media.

Analyze performance metrics and report on the success of social media campaigns.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with various social media platforms and their features.

Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.

Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Volunteer

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
