Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor development, and inventory procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services required for company operations, with a focus on quality, compliance, and sustainability.

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for STP/ETP projects and company operations. The role requires strong vendor management skills, technical understanding of STP/ETP components, and the ability to handle procurement processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to secure the best deals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Issue purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery and avoid stock-outs.
  • Maintain and update supplier database, purchase records, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the inventory, quality control, and finance teams to streamline procurement processes.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct cost-benefit analyses for continuous improvement in sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and government regulations.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth inbound shipments and customs clearances.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and develop long-term strategic partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of organic and chemical product sourcing is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹35,000.00 per month
