Job Summary

SKL Group is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive with strong knowledge of the Indian

procurement ecosystem. The candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics or precast

materials, with expertise in at least one area. The role involves vendor management, contract

negotiation, cost optimization, and ensuring timely procurement aligned with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for logistics services and/or precast materials.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors as per company policies.

¢ Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and SLAs.

¢ Ensure timely sourcing and delivery with quality and cost efficiency.

¢ Coordinate with operations, projects, finance, and warehouse teams.

¢ Track Indian market trends, pricing, and supplier availability.

¢ Maintain purchase orders, contracts, and vendor performance records.

¢ Ensure compliance with corporate procurement and statutory norms.

¢ Support budgeting, cost control, and value engineering initiatives.

¢ Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or commercial terms.

Required Skills & Expertise

¢ Strong knowledge of logistics procurement and/or precast materials.

¢ Mandatory expertise in at least one domain (Logistics or Precast).

¢ Good understanding of Indian vendor ecosystem and supply chain practices.

¢ Corporate procurement and contract management knowledge.

¢ Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

¢ Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

¢ Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.

¢ 25 years of relevant procurement experience in the Indian market.

¢ Experience working in a corporate procurement environment is preferred.
