Job Title: Training Coordinator

Location: Varanasi/Mirzapur

Male Candidates should apply from local area only

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years (preferably in Government Departments/Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement training programs under project guidelines.
  • Liaise with government departments, institutions, and stakeholders for training activities.
  • Prepare and maintain training schedules, attendance, and reports.
  • Ensure smooth logistics and documentation for training sessions.
  • Assist in developing training materials, handouts, and reports in Hindi and English.
  • Maintain data entry, feedback forms, and monitoring records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (Preference: PGDCA or relevant certification).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in training coordination, preferably within a Government Department or Development Sector.
  • Proficiency in Hindi Typing (Unicode/Mangal font).
  • Good communication and drafting skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable:

  • Experience in Training & Capacity Building projects.
  • Familiarity with government reporting formats and administrative procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹20,000.00 per month
