Executive Associate to CEO

Location: Lucknow

Type: Full-time | On-site

About the Role:

We are seeking smart, sharp, and highly motivated professionals to assist the CEO in day-to-day operations, coordination, and execution of key initiatives. The role requires individuals who can think on their feet, communicate effectively, and ensure timely completion of tasks with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for the CEO.
  • Ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks across departments.
  • Draft communications, notes, and presentations in clear and fluent English.
  • Track progress on ongoing projects and report updates proactively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and English fluency (spoken & written).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High sense of ownership, discipline, and self-motivation.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
