The charter for this role will include :

  • Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas)
  • He/She will also be expected to drive the process, lead in-flow, marketing plans and customer experience for their specific city
  • Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counselling team
  • Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey
  • Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors
  • Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
  • Report & Data Management
  • Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
  • Pipeline forecast & Management
  • Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors

Ideal Persona would :

  • The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory)
  • In-depth knowledge of UK
  • 4-5 Years of experience in study abroad
  • Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines
  • Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences
  • Experience in working with CRMs is desirable.
  • Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)
  • Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
  • Hunger to move from an individual counselling role to one where you lead a team and drive numbers.
