Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun, with positions available for Articled Assistant, Accountant, and Senior Accounts Manager. Responsibilities include managing financial records, assisting with audits, preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing financial advice. Additional tasks may involve overseeing client accounts, guiding team members, and staying updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Accounting and Financial Reporting skills, including proficiency in maintaining records, generating financial reports, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Audit and Assurance experience, including conducting audits and compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.
  • Taxation knowledge, including expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxation, filing tax returns, and advising on tax matters.
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance and Company Law requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for Corporate Financial Advisory.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools to improve process efficiency.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills for collaborating with clients and team members effectively.
  • Professional qualifications like CA for Senior Accounts Manager or pursuing CA for Articled Assistants are highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in accounting, auditing, or finance is advantageous for the role of Accountant or Senior Accounts Manager.
