Job Title: Personal Assistant (Female)

Location: Dehradun

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40000 per month

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant (Female) to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day schedule, appointments, and meetings of the Director/Management.
  • Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itinerary planning.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive company and personal information.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Assist in managing office operations and vendor coordination when required.
  • Handle personal tasks, errands, and administrative duties for the senior executive.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and documentation (digital and physical).
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably with background in administration or management).
  • Excellent communication (spoken & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Presentable, confident, and professional in demeanor.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant preferred.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Flexible as per management schedule)
