Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Product Development Specialist, based on-site at our Mumbai office. The responsibilities include conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, assisting in product design and development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative product solutions. The specialist will also contribute to refining and improving STEMify's educational products and services to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Research and identifying emerging trends
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data and inform product development strategies
  • Proficiency in Communication to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and creating innovative solutions
  • Knowledge or experience in Product Management to oversee the product lifecycle
  • Passion for STEM education and familiarity with EdTech solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Engineering, or Education, required; advanced degrees or certifications are a benefit
