Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Product Specialist to support and guide schools in effectively using Ether, our educational platform. You will be the main point of contact for multiple schools and help them get the best out of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with multiple schools to ensure smooth implementation of Ether

* Conduct product demos and train school staff on how to use Ether

* Regularly follow up with schools to resolve issues or answer questions

* Collect feedback from schools and share insights with the internal team

* Ensure schools are actively using Ether and achieving success with it

What We're Looking For:

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Good organizational and follow-up abilities

* Interest in educational tools and technology (training will be provided)

* Prior experience in a coordination, product support, or client-facing role is a plus
