Product Conceptualization:  Work closely with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to conceptualize new adhesive products or product enhancements.  Define product specifications, target markets, and value propositions. 3. Formulation and Development:  Lead the formulation and development of adhesive products, considering factors such as bonding properties, chemical composition, and environmental impact.  Collaborate with chemists and engineers to optimize product formulations. 4. Testing and Quality Assurance:  Design and execute comprehensive testing and quality assurance protocols to ensure product performance and compliance with industry standards.  Identify and address any product issues or inconsistencies. 5. Prototype Development:  Develop prototypes and pilot batches of new adhesive products for testing and evaluation.  Modify formulations and features based on test results and feedback. 6. Regulatory Compliance:  Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to adhesives, ensuring that new products comply with relevant guidelines.  Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals if required. 7.
