Profile- Marketing Manager

Experience- 5–8 years of experience in marketing (EV/automotive/energy/technology sector preferred)

Requirnments-

Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and B2B marketing.

Strong understanding of EV ecosystem, sustainability trends, and clean mobility.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning

o Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in Delhi/NCR and pan-India.

o Define and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.

  • Digital & Performance Marketing

o Drive online campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads) to generate awareness and leads.

o Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.

  • B2B & B2C Marketing

o Create targeted campaigns for corporate clients, fleet operators, RWAs, real estate developers, and individual EV owners.

o Build strong customer acquisition and retention programs.

  • Content & Communication

o Oversee development of marketing collaterals, presentations, website content, blogs, and press releases.

o Manage PR activities and partnerships with media outlets.

  • Events & Partnerships

o Plan and execute product launches, industry expos, EV conferences, and community engagement programs.

o Build partnerships with industry bodies, government agencies, and associations.

  • Market Intelligence & Research

o Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

o Provide insights to support product development and sales strategies.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing (EV/automotive/energy/technology sector preferred).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and B2B marketing.
  • Strong understanding of EV ecosystem, sustainability trends, and clean mobility.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
