We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team and help us find and attract top talent. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and a savvy sourcer who is passionate about building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to help our company grow.
Qualifications and Skills (Requirements)
- Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter (2+ years preferred), either in-house or with a staffing agency.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software (e.g., [Mention your specific software if any, like Zoho Recruit, Workable, etc.]).
- Sourcing: Proficiency in sourcing candidates using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards like Indeed, social media, and professional networks).
- Interviewing: Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g., structured, competency-based, behavioral).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HR best practices and basic employment laws.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop a clear recruitment strategy for each role.
- Sourcing: Proactively source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, professional networks, and job boards.
- Screening: Review resumes and job applications, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist qualified candidates for hiring managers.
- Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating offers and preparing employment agreements.
- Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to identify areas for improvement.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's reputation as a "best place to work" in all interactions.
