We are having urgent requirement of HR Labour Executive for our Manufacturing unit at Pithampur location.

Candidate having minimum 2–7year experience as HR Labour Officer can apply for the same.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all national and local labor laws, industry regulations, and collective bargaining agreements (if applicable).
  • Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for resolving disputes, grievances, and conflicts between employees and management, facilitating fair negotiations, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Union Relations: Engage with labor unions (if applicable), participate in negotiations, and help resolve collective bargaining issues.
  • Contracts & Agreements: Assist in the creation, management, and enforcement of labor contracts, employee handbooks, and workplace policies.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Advise management on employee disciplinary issues, ensure due process is followed, and manage cases of misconduct or disputes.
  • Health & Safety: Collaborate with HR and management to ensure workplace safety standards are met, following national and international health and safety laws.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on labor laws, conflict resolution, and proper handling of employee relations issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee grievances, disciplinary actions, contracts, and other labor-related documentation.
  • Legal Support: Provide guidance and support during legal proceedings, such as labor disputes, legal claims, and compliance audits.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to senior management on labor-related issues, employee relations, and any trends or challenges.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification in labor law or HR would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
