**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in recruitment/payroll (factory setup preferred)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and recruit factory workers from field locations such as local labor hubs, communities, and job fairs.
- Manage attendance records of workers deployed at the client site.
- Handle client payroll-related documentation and coordination.
- Oversee and manage shift allocation and shift-wise worker availability.
- Facilitate joining formalities, document collection, and record maintenance for new hires.
- Coordinate regularly with the client’s HR or plant head to address daily manpower requirements.

**Key Requirements**:

- Any graduate with field coordination and recruitment skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in factory worker recruitment, payroll handling, or shift management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of attendance and payroll processing systems.
- Good command of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Must be willing to travel frequently for recruitment and coordination purposes.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
