Pratibha Syntex, a leading sustainable textile and apparel manufacturing company, is looking for a dynamic Merchandiser to join our Inditex business team. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key liaison between sourcing offices and internal teams.
• Handle product development, sampling, approvals, and order execution.
• Coordinate with design, production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track and monitor order status, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain T&A (Time & Action) calendars and reports for buyers.
• Understand fabric, trims, and garment construction for effective communication with buyers.
• Support business growth by ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Textiles/Fashion/Apparel Management (preferred).
• 2-5 years of merchandising experience in woven/knit garments, preferably handling European buyers.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
