**Job Title: Purchase Executive**

**Location**: Pitampur, Madhya Pradesh

**Type**: Full-time, Work from Office

**Working Days**: 6 days a week, Mon - Sat, 9am to 6pm

BASE SALARY - FIXED 22000, PERFORMANCE - 500 PER MONTH

We are dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction and are seeking a dedicated Purchase Executive to join our team and support our procurement needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Identify and source raw materials and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best possible terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and conditions to anticipate supply issues and take proactive measures.
- Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with the production and finance teams to align procurement activities with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the aluminium industry.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and supplier management.
- Strong understanding of the aluminium extrusion profiles market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
