- Provide strategic direction to the business to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute long-term and short-term business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead the management team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.
- Oversee the entire plant operations, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all departments, including production, finance, HR, and supply chain.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Drive financial performance by improving margins and increasing profitability.
- Monitor financial metrics, reporting directly to the Board of Directors on financial health and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the entire team, ensuring all departments meet their targets.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and professional growth.
- Drive a high-performance team that contributes to the company’s strategic objectives.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Lead initiatives for business expansion and diversification.
- Identify potential risks to the company and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental standards.
- Ensure that all operations are conducted in a cost-effective manner to achieve profitability targets.
- Continuously track performance metrics linked to revenue and profit goals.
- Implement strategies for growth in both existing and new markets.
- Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
