Sultanpur, New Delhi (Landmark - MG Road, Near Chhatarpur)

Timings:
10 AM to 7 PM
Responsibilities:

· Proactively call customers to gather feedback on their experiences with our services and identify areas for improvement.

· Handle customer grievances, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Offer call support to assist customers with inquiries, order status updates, and scheduling pickups for their laundry items.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

· Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to address customer concerns accurately.

· Work towards maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and professional communication.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Prior experience in customer support or a similar role, particularly with call handling, is preferred.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in managing customer complaints.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with the laundry service industry and a basic understanding of luxury fashion brands, high fashion, handbags, footwear, and other leather accessories is a plus.

· Proficient in using communication platforms and handling both chat and voice calls.

· years' experience in a service industry is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Salary Range 22k to 35k.
