Brief of Job: As a Business Developer, one should have good communication skills and personality in order to close new business from new and existing leads. Role Description : We are looking for a full-time Business Developer to join our team in Delhi, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and market share, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: ● Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team ● Ability to think strategically and analytically ● Strong organizational and time management skills ● Candidates preferred from Beauty/Pharma/Manufacturing industry ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related Roles and Responsibilities : ● Generate new leads and acquire new business. ● Handle existing clients and onboard new as well ● Aim for revenue generation and growth ● Preparing Proposals/Quotations as per requirement ● Attending conferences and meetings whenever conducted. ● Ensuring that sales targets are meet.● Analyze market and establish competitive advantagesAbout company Give a brief summary of what your company does
