Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and conducting assessments across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to understand role requirements and ensure effective hiring outcomes.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards using ATS and Excel trackers.
  • Prepare and share periodic recruitment reports and metrics with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth offer and onboarding process.
  • Publish and promote current job openings through appropriate internal and external channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, institutes, and other partners to support ongoing hiring initiatives.

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hiring or technical hiring.
  • Prior experience in consultancy or agency recruitment will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with any ATS platform.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
