Requirements Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and conducting assessments across technical and non-technical roles. - Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to understand role requirements and ensure effective hiring outcomes. - Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and social media platforms. - Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards using ATS and Excel trackers. - Prepare and share periodic recruitment reports and metrics with relevant stakeholders. - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth offer and onboarding process. - Publish and promote current job openings through appropriate internal and external channels. - Build and maintain relationships with universities, institutes, and other partners to support ongoing hiring initiatives. Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hiring or technical hiring. - Prior experience in consultancy or agency recruitment will be an advantage. - Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. - Good understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment processes. - Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with any ATS platform. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
