**Job Description - Talent Sourcer**

TRC is a global consulting firm providing environmentally advanced and technology-powered solutions for the oil and gas, power, and infrastructure industry. We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our TRC Digital team.

TRC Digital, a business unit within TRC, delivers IT/OT expertise and solutions to best address our client needs and has a proven track record supporting utilities in the deployment of complex operational technologies. We have broad capabilities for IT/OT project delivery while being highly specialized to meet the needs of each individual client. We are the trusted advisor and implementation partner for electric and gas utilities undergoing digital transformation and can offer deep experience across utility OT systems.

The Talent Sourcer will be an essential part of our team to grow the consulting practice in the Operational Technology and Real-Time Systems domain.

**Summary of Position**:
**Major Responsibilities**:

- Developing and executing creative sourcing strategies
- Partner and collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to maintain continuous flow of communication to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
- Work with hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Coordinate with hiring managers and back office personnel with onboarding independent contractors
- Drive referrals from current employees and external networks
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Master’s degree in Business Administration
- Experience level 3+ years

**Preferred Skillset**:

- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Previous experience sourcing within the utility domain
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
