Job Details:
Job Summary:
As a member supporting the Talent Acquisition Team this role is responsible for assisting in Cubic’s strategic goal to deliver a high-quality internal recruitment service with a focus on direct hiring. The Sourcer will use sourcing techniques internationally and pipelining talent to the Recruiters using recruitment tools and other talent sources.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Find and create a Talent Pipeline.
- Proactive searching using all available tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and CV databases.
- Attendance and contribution to HR and Recruitment team meetings.
- Provide sourcing data and insight through reporting.
- Provide necessary support to the talent acquisition team.
- Investigate, research, and develop sourcing plans for job requisitions.

Minimum Job Requirements Essential

Bachelor's degree Or Equivalent required (Preferably in Engineering). A passion for learning new skills in Sourcing. Willingness to learn new tools required to fulfill this role (ATS, LinkedIn, etc.). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. An ability to be organized across multiple requisitions and multiple recruiters. Be willing to develop a technical understanding as it relates to our business.
