**Your New Role**

**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and P&C Partners to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Participate in and help drive diversity attraction strategies to engage a diverse workforce.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging sourcing techniques to continuously enhance the sourcing process.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced and creative industry.
- Proven experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent.
- Extensive knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and industry-specific resources.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex sourcing strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience sourcing for roles in Content, Creative, Corporate, and Commercial disciplines is highly preferred.
