Requirements Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and conducting assessments across technical and non-technical roles - Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to understand role requirements and ensure effective hiring outcomes - Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and social media platforms - Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards using ATS and Excel trackers - Prepare and share periodic recruitment reports and metrics with relevant stakeholders - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth offer and onboarding process - Publish and promote current job openings through appropriate internal and external channels - Build and maintain relationships with universities, institutes, and other partners to support ongoing hiring initiatives Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hiring or technical hiring - Prior experience in consultancy or agency recruitment will be an advantage - Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills - Good understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment processes - Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with any ATS platform - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven Benefits Exciting Projects: We focus on industries like High-Tech, communication, media, healthcare, retail and telecom.
