To identify, engage, and attract top cybersecurity professionals across various technical domains. The Cyber Security Sourcer will build strong pipelines for niche security roles by leveraging advanced sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and networking within the cybersecurity community. Source, identify, and engage qualified cybersecurity professionals for roles such as Security Analyst, SOC Engineer, Cloud Security Specialist, Threat Intelligence Analyst, Penetration Tester, etc. Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and cybersecurity-specific platforms (like GitHub, Stack Overflow, Reddit, and security forums). Maintain talent pipelines for current and future cybersecurity needs. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity and talent acquisition. Experience 6+ years in Recruitment Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as: Network Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and ATS systems. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver quality candidates under tight timelines. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field. Additional certifications in Recruitment, HR.
