Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing and delivering sales presentations. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and achieving sales targets.

  • Identify and reach out to sports academies, coach networks, and clubs.
  • Run demos, onboard academies, and ensure smooth adoption of Glens.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with academy owners and coaches.
  • Be on the ground at tournaments and events — make Glens visible.
  • Share feedback from academies with the team to improve our platform.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Passion for sports — whether playing, following, or coaching.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willing to travel locally to meet academies and attend events.
