Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Operations and Research Associate (Fresher) to support our recruitment and operational processes. The associate will assist in conducting market research, managing data, sourcing potential candidates, clients, and coordinating recruitment activities. Day-to-day tasks include helping with candidate screenings, maintaining internal databases, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to improve operational efficiency. This entry-level role offers an opportunity for growth and learning in a dynamic, global recruitment environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and operational abilities, including time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Suite, or project management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate with a diverse, global team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen willingness to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or relevant certification.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes or prior internship experience in a similar field is an advantage.
