Position: Legal Associate (Full-Time, Paid)

Raanvisa Advocates & Legal Consultants, a well-established law chamber, invites applications for the position of Legal Associate. The chamber is engaged in litigation, corporate advisory, contract drafting, dispute resolution, and legal consultancy across diverse practice areas before various courts and tribunals

.

Responsibilities:


• Conducting legal research and preparing case notes, pleadings, and legal opinions


• Drafting and vetting agreements, petitions, and other legal documents


• Assisting in court appearances, hearings, and client conferences


• Coordinating with clients, maintaining case files, and supporting senior advocates in all aspects of case preparation

.

Eligibility Criteria:


• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or Master's in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university.
• Sound knowledge of substantive and procedural law.


• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.


• Proficiency in English and computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and legal databases such as SCC Online/Manupatra).


• Commitment to professional ethics, discipline, and confidentiality

.

Remuneration:


• The position is paid, and remuneration shall be commensurate with qualification and performance.


• On satisfactory performance, the candidate will be considered for a long-term position within the chamber
