Job Opening: Sales Executive (PNB Housing Loan Department)

Location: Guwahati,Assam

Vacancies: 20 positions

Salary: 20,000+ per month (NTH)

Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary (HS & above)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Loan (HL) vertical

Payroll: Randstad India Pvt. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Generate home loan leads from the open market (DSAs, connectors, builders).

2. Meet clients, verify documents, and coordinate for loan sanction/disbursement.

3. Monitor leads and ensure timely conversion as per targets.

4. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

5. Maintain associations with DSAs/builders for tie-ups.

6. Liaise with the loan processing center for smooth disbursement.

7. Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

8. Implement and develop sales activities to achieve targets.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of home loan products.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Good understanding of the local market.
