Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Inside Sales professional for our Genset Power Industry division. The position is based in Mumbai and is a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience. This role requires proficiency in Salesforce, lead generation, and pipeline management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in Salesforce for managing sales and customer interactions (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in lead generation techniques to identify and target sales opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in pipeline management to track and streamline sales processes (Mandatory skill).
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM for organizing and analyzing customer interactions and data.
- Skills in cold calling to initiate business conversations and opportunities.
- Ability in sales negotiation to close deals and handle objections effectively.
- Competency in customer relationship management to build strong client connections.
- Data analysis skills to assess customer needs and improve sales strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM tools.
- Generate new leads through strategic research, cold calling, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management based on pipeline analysis.
- Stay updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
