Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Thane, for a Division Manager at Shriram Finance Limited. The Division Manager will oversee branch operations, drive performance and growth, and implement business strategies effectively. Responsibilities include managing a team, ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales and revenue targets, analyzing market trends, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong understanding of financial services, sales, and operations management
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
