Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our team as an
Individual Contributor
. In this role, you will be responsible for driving enrollments for our tech programs through consultative sales. You will guide prospective students through the entire sales cycle, from inquiry to enrollment, and provide valuable insights on how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Respond to inquiries, follow up with potential students, and convert leads into enrollments using effective consultative selling techniques.
- Consultative Sales: Understand prospective students' needs and provide tailored guidance on how Skillfyme's tech programs can support their career advancement.
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to efficiently manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely closure of enrollments.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, including call volume, conversions, and revenue goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on strategy, maximize lead quality, and share valuable feedback to improve campaigns.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors in the tech education space to effectively communicate Skillfyme's unique value proposition to potential students.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills with a proven ability in consultative selling.
- Able to work independently, set goals, and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
