Job Description Salary: 20k - 30k excluding incentives (depends on the experience as well)  Incentives they can earn up to 5k - 50K based on the sales   Experience : Fresher or 1-2 of experience in Inside sales Working Hours : 9:30am to 6:30pm Working Days : Monday to Saturday Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultation services to address potential clients interested in PR/Student/Business/Investment Visa for Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other countries mainly by email, telephone and face-to-face meetings.
  • Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide a world-class client experience throughout the entire sales journey.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns to provide regular follow-ups on enquiries received.
  • Keep detailed notes on prospect and client interactions, with full and effective use of the firm's CRM system
  • Meeting regularly with team leads/Managers to give the sales figures.

  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude towards work, and the team and be confident enough to deal with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, including exercising tact and diplomacy at all times
  • Should be a quick learner and be part of the flow.
  • Should be willing to take up challenges
  • Ability to collect data required to prepare an accurate analysis of the client and offer the most suitable solutions
  • An individual contributor as well as a team player.
