Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Inside Sales Manager Individual Contributor. The role is located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include managing inside sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, managing accounts, and driving sales. The candidate will be required to identify and qualify sales opportunities, handle customer inquiries, and support the sales process to meet revenue targets.

- Customer Satisfaction and Lead Generation skills
- Experience in Account Management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the training or education industry is a plus
