About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated
Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI)
solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage GenAI technologies, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate opportunities where Generative AI can drive value.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for GenAI use cases.
  • Translate complex business problems into clear functional specifications for AI/ML teams.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking of GenAI solutions and tools.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to design and implement GenAI-powered solutions (e.g., chatbots, content generation, summarization, knowledge assistants).
  • Support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and pilot projects to validate use cases.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and adoption roadmaps for AI initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance, ethical considerations, and responsible use of GenAI in business applications.
  • Provide training and documentation for end users and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1–2 years in AI/GenAI-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI).
  • Experience with tools and platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar.
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning GenAI models.
  • Exposure to data governance, AI ethics, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing is a plus.
