Overview

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems. You will collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to build scalable, reliable, and high-performing AI solutions.

This role involves significant work with Langchain, Langgraph, fine-tuning LLMs, and deploying AI models in cloud environments such as Azure and AWS. You will also contribute to MLOps and LLMOps processes, including model monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & Optimize Generative AI Models

  • Fine-tune and customize large language models (LLMs) to meet domain-specific or business-specific requirements.

Langchain & Langgraph Implementation

  • Build and integrate language-based applications, pipelines, and services using Langchain and Langgraph frameworks.

AI/ML Model Deployment

  • Deploy machine learning and LLM models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to ensure scalability, high availability, and performance.

MLOps & LLMOps

  • Implement and maintain end-to-end ML lifecycle practices, including:

  • Model versioning

  • Automated retraining pipelines
  • Monitoring and evaluation workflows

LLM Evaluation

  • Test and evaluate model accuracy, performance, and efficiency.
  • Optimize models based on production feedback and benchmark metrics.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to gather requirements and deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Continuous Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated with advancements in generative AI, LLM training techniques, and AI infrastructure.
  • Integrate emerging technologies and methods into existing systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI model development, or deep learning.
  • Practical experience with Langchain, Langgraph, or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
  • Experience deploying and managing models on AWS or Azure.
  • Strong understanding of MLOps and LLMOps workflows (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining).
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, hyperparameter tuning, and training on custom datasets.
  • Knowledge of model evaluation metrics specific to LLM applications.
  • Familiarity with version control and model tracking tools such as Git, DVC, or MLflow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with transformer-based models such as GPT, BERT, etc.
  • Background in NLP, text generation, or conversational AI.
  • Exposure to data engineering or big data environments.

Knowledge of cloud-native or serverless architectures.
