Role Overview

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features such as conversational AI, NLP, summarization, and contextual recommendations. This role is critical in creating intelligent, real-time solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and select optimal LLMs (Large Language Models)open-source and commercial—for various business use cases.
  • Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models for NLP, summarization, and action item extraction.
  • Design prompt engineering strategies for real-time call assistance and intelligent responses.
  • Implement sentiment analysis and provide contextual suggestions during client interactions.
  • Ensure model accuracy, low latency, and adherence to ethical AI practices.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML and Data teams for model training, deployment, and optimization.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Generative AI and LLMs (OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.)
  • Expertise in NLP, text summarization, and sentiment analysis
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and real-time AI applications
  • Proficiency in frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and libraries such as PyTorch/TensorFlow
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Knowledge of ethical AI principles and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI)
  • Background in model deployment and latency optimization
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
