The Role
We're looking for a data-driven digital marketer who can lead SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and AIO (AI-assisted content optimization) while overseeing social posting and creative production. You'll own channel strategy end-to-end, coordinate a distributed team, and be accountable for growth KPIs. If you crush it, there's a clear path to spin this into a standalone marketing agency unit.
What You'll Do
- Own organic growth: Keyword strategy, technical SEO, content briefs, on-page optimization, off-page content an link acquisition, and schema/FAQ to win AI Overviews & answer engines.
- AEO/AIO execution: Structure content for answer engines (Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot) and optimize for AI discovery/quotability (Q&A blocks, citations, metadata).
- Social media ops: Plan and publish content calendars; coordinate short-form/video assets; monitor comments/DMs; repurpose long-form into clips/carousels.
- Creative leadership: Brief, review, and iterate ad creatives (static, video, UGC) for Meta/Google/LinkedIn; run rapid A/Bs and creative sprints.
- Team management: Hire and manage freelancers (writers, designers, editors); set SLAs; maintain a lightweight production pipeline and QA checklist.
- Analytics & reporting: Build dashboards; track KPI trends; run experiments; present weekly insights and next actions.
- Budget ownership: Allocate and justify spend across content, tools, and freelancers for maximum ROI.
- Process & playbooks: Create repeatable SOPs for research, content, posting, and experimentation across several related brands.

- Sustained growth in qualified organic traffic and non-brand rankings
- Increased SERP & AI-answer visibility (impressions/attribution where measurable)
- Higher engagement/CTR on posts and ads; improved CVR, CPL, ROAS
- Predictable content velocity and on-time delivery from your team
- Clear, weekly insight → action loops with measurable deltas
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in performance-oriented digital marketing with demonstrable wins in SEO and content-led growth (case studies/metrics required).
- Hands-on experience with social account management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube).
- Strong creative sense for ad concepts and hooks; experience guiding designers/editors.
- Comfortable managing freelancers and running a content/ad production pipeline.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO suites (Ahrefs/Semrush), plus basic HTML/CSS and CMS know-how.
- Nice to have (AI tools): familiarity with VEO 3, Nano Banana, Hailuo, Midjourney (or comparable AI gen/edit tools) for ideation and rapid mockups.
- Excellent communication: crisp briefs, clear feedback, and executive-level reporting.
- Ownership mindset, bias to ship, and comfort operating across multiple brands.
