Executive Assistant to CEO

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has impeccable attention to detail, and is passionate about enabling leaders to operate at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other confidential documents.
Coordinate meetings, events, and offsites—including agenda prep and logistics.
Handle Interviews / Manage the pool of candidates for hiring
Screen and direct incoming communications appropriately.
Assist with project management, following up on tasks and deadlines.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as needed.
Uphold discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years in an executive support or similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong tech proficiency with calendars, office software, and remote collaboration tools.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
