Surveyor Assistant

Key Responsibilities

1- Assist the Surveyor in conducting land/building surveys, measurements, and

layout works.

2- Help in setting out levels, lines, and benchmarks as per drawings.

3- Operate and handle basic survey instruments (Auto Level, Total Station,

Measuring Tape, etc.) under supervision.

4- Record field data, measurements, and maintain survey notes accurately.

5- Assist in preparation of sketches, charts, and basic CAD inputs for survey

work.

6- Support in verification of dimensions, alignments, and elevations at site.

7- Ensure safety procedures are followed during survey operations.

8- Coordinate with execution and quality teams for layout verification.

9- Carry equipment, arrange logistics, and maintain instruments in good

condition.

Skills & Qualifications

1- Diploma / ITI in Civil or related field (preferred).

2- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and survey methods.

3- Ability to read measurements and assist in calculations.

4- Familiarity with survey equipment handling is an advantage.

5- Good communication and teamwork skills.

6- Willingness to work on site conditions.Role & responsibilities
