Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be comfortable with computer applications, and be capable of handling daily follow-ups, online research, and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Conduct internet research to gather data, find suppliers, collect market information, or support project needs.
- Prepare and format documents using MS Word, create reports and data sheets in Excel, and design presentations in PowerPoint.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy access and retrieval of information.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite – especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good internet research skills and ability to summarize findings effectively.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with standard working hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹23,187.42 per month
