Job Description: Quality Assistant

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Control and Assurance

Assist in inspecting and testing products or materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Identify and document defects or deviations from quality standards.

Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

2. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality issues.

Prepare reports and summaries of findings for management.

Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and organizational requirements.

3. Process Improvement

Participate in audits to identify gaps in quality processes.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Provide suggestions for optimizing workflows and reducing waste.

4. Compliance and Standards

Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Stay updated on changes in quality regulations and best practices.

5. Training and Support

Assist in training staff on quality procedures and standards.

Provide support during customer or third-party audits.

**Qualifications**:
Education

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in quality management or related field is preferred.

Experience

1 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role.

Skills and Competencies

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.

Additional Requirements

Familiarity with relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
