Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Associate Manager/Lead with 8–10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience to oversee talent acquisition strategies, manage recruitment delivery, and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, drive process excellence, and ensure hiring goals are met within defined SLAs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and coordinators to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Drive sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, employee referrals, vendor management, and direct sourcing.

Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data privacy, and diversity hiring objectives.
  • Implement recruitment metrics and dashboards to monitor performance (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).

Process Excellence & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation/AI-enabled hiring solutions.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for niche and leadership roles.
  • Standardize recruitment processes to ensure consistency across regions/teams.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on talent market trends, competitor intelligence, and workforce planning.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job portals, and technology vendors.
  • Lead negotiations and ensure cost optimization in hiring.

Team Development

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and drive a high-performance culture.
  • Foster collaboration across global and cross-functional teams.
