Eligibility:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education
  • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Must Have:

HR operations exposure

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • Strong focus on service and working in a service delivery environment.
  • Strong influencing skills and teamwork skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; delivers engaging, informative, well thought out presentations
  • Analytical abilities, strong judgment and management skills, ability to work effectively with Business, HR and IT Leaders.
  • Strong critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

1 Coaching Team members, conducting One on one's and Appraisals

2 Serves as the primary liaison between the teams and the various business organizations

3 Provides guidance and/or resolves risks, issues and decisions escalated to their level

4 Preparation of monthly SLA metrics and dashboards

5 Review of Payroll
